Vidora: Video Banner & Slider — Privacy Policy

Vidora: Video Banner & Slider ("the App") is provided by Conexao Apps. This policy explains what data the App accesses and stores when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store.

Data we access

• Store domain and an access token issued by Shopify, used only to authenticate the app's admin page.
• The App requests no Admin API access scopes: it does not read your products, orders or customers.

Data we store

• Your store domain and onboarding progress (whether you opened the theme editor and finished setup).
• Support messages you send from the in-app Support page (with your shop name and email), stored only to provide support and deleted on shop/redact.

Banner settings (videos, images, text) are saved by Shopify inside your theme, not by the App. The App does not access, collect or store any personal data about your customers.

Storefront

The video banner blocks run in your theme. If you use a YouTube or Vimeo URL, the video is embedded from that provider (YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, Vimeo with do-not-track) only when the banner becomes visible; their own privacy policies apply to that playback. Videos uploaded to Shopify are served by Shopify.

Retention and deletion

Within 48 hours of uninstall Shopify sends a shop/redact request and we permanently delete all data stored for your store.
